Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor for its DDR team in Hyderabad. This team plays a vital role in reviewing Community/Retail Bank, Wealth Management, and Wholesale Deposit account documents to ensure compliance with all policy, regulatory, and legal requirements, such as collecting missing signatures and verifying supporting documentation. The role is essential for upholding the company’s risk management and compliance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of routine clerical and operational support tasks such as receiving, logging, batching, distributing work, filing, photocopying, and managing incoming/outgoing mail.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for phone-based queries on process-related matters.
• Work under close supervision, adhering strictly to established operational procedures.
• Regularly escalate questions or discrepancies to senior colleagues or supervisors.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of relevant operations support experience (work, education, or military).

• Good multi-tasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Quick learner, able to retain large volumes of information and work in a night shift.
• Adaptable to operating within a risk-mitigation and compliance-driven environment.

The position is part of a team scheduled on a rotating late-night shift (4:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.), ensuring 40 hours of weekly coverage during US business hours.
